Reservation and terms of our Biewer puppy`s moving to your home
Reservation of our puppies starts after they have turned 2 months old. At that age the puppies are fully registered and activated in the UKU club.
All babies are examined by experienced cynologists in the UKU Club, they receive a primary description by the cynologists of the club and a certificate confirming their breed qualities – the puppy's metric.
At the age of 2 months the puppy can`t leave our house yet. Because the process of doing all the planned vaccinations just have started.
After discussing all the questions, you are interested in, you can pay a deposit and make a reservation for a puppy (30% of the agreed price for raising a puppy). Since this moment until the transfer of the puppy to your house this certain baby won`t be offered to other potential owners.
While waiting for your puppy, you will receive full instructions and recommendations on what you need to purchase for a new friend in order to organize for him a comfortable life in your home.
After completing all necessary and important for the future puppy post-vaccination quarantine measures and after you are ready to receive the baby, you can come to pick up the puppy from our kennel.
All our puppies do not have any breed defects. All of them are healthy and active at the moment of moving to a new home.
If it`s necessary and new owners want to, after making a deposit for the puppy, we can visit Kyiv Central City Vet Clinic (Volynskaya St., 12) together with our puppy in order to examine him. Examinations are carried out only for fully vaccinated puppies after the end of all necessary post-vaccination quarantines. The date of the examination is negotiated additionally.
All our puppies move to a new family without the right to be bred. This moment is not negotiable and currently can`t be changed.
During the process of transferring a puppy to new owners, we sign a Puppy Transfer Agreement and a Puppy Transfer Certificate. Both documents are signed in two copies and are equally valid. While signing the contract, you must have a document proving your identity.
We will always provide the owners of our puppies with information and support. Thanks to our recommendations and care for your baby, you will raise and educate a well-behaved, cheerful, healthy and devoted friend for your entire family.

Important!!!
If you, for any reasons beyond our control, change your mind about taking the puppy, the security deposit for the puppy is nonrefundable. Since during the waiting time the puppy could have another owner who would patiently wait for him, prepare for his moving to their house, become a good friend and responsible owner for the baby.
If you are unable to pick up the puppy within the previously agreed date, you can let us know and the puppy will be waiting for his moving to you for an additional fee for the puppy`s overstaying in our kennel.
Responsibility for the health of the puppy completely passes from the breeder to the new owner after the puppy`s moving to a new home.
At the moment of the puppy`s transfer to the new owners the puppy has no visible defects.
The owner can conduct a complete examination of the puppy in a licensed veterinary clinic within 3 days. In case of official confirmation that puppy has a viral disease or another disease/injury acquired during his staying in the kennel, the breeder is responsible for the treatment of the puppy. Nevertheless, monetary compensation for raising the puppy is not returned, the puppy after treatment remains to live with the owner.
If the owner did not exercise his right of examination the puppy within 3 days after moving to a new home, the new owner`s complaints are not accepted, the monetary compensation for raising the puppy is not returned.
If the puppy is healthy, but you decide that he can no longer stay in your home, for some reason beyond our control, you can find a new owner for him or use our help. Necessarily notify the breeder and provide him with contacts of new owners.
If you do not want to look for new “parents” for the puppy on your own, you can bring the puppy to our kennel. Then we will pick up our child and find him new responsible parents.
We are always responsible for those who were born and raised in our kennel. If the new owners cannot take this responsibility, we will accept the puppy back to the kennel with the possibility to further transfer him to the new owners.
Compensation given to a breeder for raising a puppy is non-refundable.
