Our home is our family's private space. In our house, each member of the family has a personal space, as well as our pets. They do not sit in enclosures or cages, their movement around the apartment is not limited. The presence of strangers can bring additional inconvenience to our family members and our pets.
We have a small apartment, so it is IMPOSSIBLE for all members of your family to visit our kennel, have a cup of tea together and communicate with all our pets.
Why? I will explain in details.
The kennel is not a contact zoo where your family can spend a long time and communicate with pets. To meet puppy in person, understand whether the puppy is the one you chose or not and decide the issue of moving him to a new home, a few minutes are enough.
It is not necessary to watch the games of all our puppies for hours and try to guess what temperament each puppy has. It is impossible to understand it and it is not necessary. The temper of a puppy is brought up by its owner. And it depends only on the owner whether the puppy will be cranky or well-behaved, whether he will walk obediently on a leash or will get out and run away from his owner in free range.
In our kennel, all puppies are brought up equally, in the severity of the necessary residence rules.
The tenderness and devotion that we give to our puppies allows them to adapt to a new home and get used to the daily routine of their owners in a fairly short period of time.

How do you get to know our puppies?
A preliminary acquaintance with our puppies takes place online and offline.
We provide you with several photos and a video of each puppy that suits your wishes.
If necessary, we can contact you by video call and show the puppy live.
Also, over the phone we discuss all the questions that interest you and us before a personal meeting.
We do not provide an opportunity to meet all the puppies of the kennel.
Some potential owners, for some reason, are sure that they can come to the kennel at any time convenient for them and choose a puppy according to temperament, type, behavior, etc.
Other furry friend applicants believe that “their puppy” is the one that ran up to them first. But this is absolutely not true.
Some puppies can cautiously respond to strangers. This does not mean that such a puppy is shy and cowardly and will be so in the future. This means that the puppy's analytical abilities and natural instinct tell him to wait a little while getting to know a stranger and stay closer to the breeder who spends with him 24/7. Since a breeder is a second mother and the guaranteed protection for a puppy.

In our kennel there is a convenient and comfortable regime and daily routine that has developed over the years. Also, during the week and month, we always plan the necessary hygiene procedures for puppies and adult dogs, trips to handling halls, preparations for dog shows, trips to veterinary clinics for the necessary annual preventive procedures, visits to photo rooms to organize photo shoots for puppies and our adult pets, etc.
That is why, it is not possible to come just now and see the puppies in our kennel.
It is necessary to discuss the date of meeting the puppy beforehand. When you come to our house, you can watch the puppy for some time.
You can like a certain puppy in a photo and video, and during the meeting, in a few minutes, you will fall in love with him/her even more or not like the puppy in person at all. Nobody is immune from this.
We, in turn, during a personal meeting with potential owners, watch the reactions of the puppy to our visitors. This allows us to make a mutual final decision in favor of moving the baby to a new home or continuing of him living in our kennel.
If we see or hear an undesirable reaction from a puppy or potential owner to any activity, we may decide to keep the puppy in our kennel without further discussion or explanation.
Safety while viewing a puppy
During viewing, the puppy is in sight, but at a safe distance from visitors.
It is strictly forbidden to take a puppy in your hands, pass it to each other for a close acquaintance, kiss, offer unfamiliar sweets, toys or take a selfie with a puppy in our kennel.
Since we cannot be sure of those people who can come to us. Maybe before the visiting of our kennel they were in other kennels, whether they communicated with other animals. Canine infections remain on human skin and clothing for a long time. They are harmless to humans, but dangerous to other animals. In our kennel there are not fully vaccinated puppies, which we cannot put in danger of infection. Since all our adult dogs and their puppies communicate closely with each other.
Therefore, the consequences of close communication with strangers are not necessary for our puppies and adult dogs.
If you, as a future owner, want a proof that the puppy is healthy, we can pre-examine the puppy in a veterinary clinic in Kyiv and provide you with the examination report during our meeting with you.
Also, within three days, after moving our puppy to your home, you can show him to a qualified specialist and get a clearance about the health of your baby.
After three days of living in your apartment, claims about any diseases acquired in your home or on the street will not be accepted.
